What Collectors Are Saying
Frequently Asked Questions
Find immediate answers regarding our preservation standards, secure vault packaging, and curated media shipping methods.
Most reading errors are caused by light surface fingerprints or microscopic dust on the disc. We recommend gently dusting the disc with a dry microfiber cloth wiping in a straight line from the center hole outward. If the error persists check your CD player optical laser lens for dust using a specialized clean air dust blower.
Our dedicated vault team carefully packages every order, and all orders are dispatched within 2 working days. You will receive a tracking link immediately upon shipment so you can trace your package journey to your sound system.
Every compact disc is visually checked for surface wear under laboratory grade light and play tested for tracking integrity. We guarantee all jewel cases digipaks lyric booklets and dynamic inner booklets are 100% original and complete.
If your compact disc has fingerprints or dust, dust it gently with a dry microfiber cloth. If a deeper clean is required wipe the disc in a straight line from the center hole directly out to the outer edge. Never wipe a compact disc in a circular motion as this can cause concentric scratches that disrupt the laser track.
