Most reading errors are caused by light surface fingerprints or microscopic dust on the disc. We recommend gently dusting the disc with a dry microfiber cloth wiping in a straight line from the center hole outward. If the error persists check your CD player optical laser lens for dust using a specialized clean air dust blower.
